Andrea Chase, M.S., Esq. is passionate about helping parents, children, and families that are trying to resolve, overcome, and/or heal from civil and/or criminal litigation matters to include divorce, child custody and visitation, parenting plans, domestic violence, anger, stress, parental alienation, and child abuse and neglect.
She is a wife, mother, forensic psychology doctoral candidate, licensed CA attorney, pre-licensed LPC-MHSP, a Former TN Rule 31 Family Mediator, and has extensive experience testifying in court as both a fact and expert witness with over 30,000 hours of educational and professional experience working with children and families.
Andrea specializes in forensic psychology, reunification therapy, co-parent counseling, parent evaluations, custody evaluations, anger and stress management, parenting, mental health assessments, alcohol and drug assessments, expert witness testimony on child welfare, child custody, parent evaluations, termination of parental rights, adoption, parental alienation, and home studies.
Andrea understands the pain and stress caused by litigation. She is solution driven and dedicated to finding ways to support parents and children reunify, heal, and move forward in their lives and relationship. Andrea is very comfortable working with families embroiled in litigation and collaborating with lawyers and the court to find resolution.
